Peter Riechers
Peter Riechers has been working with families, home owners, and commercial property owners for 40 years to unlock and maximize the value of their real estate assets. Riechers’ expertise includes parcel splitting, entitlements, surveying, designing and building residential and commercial buildings, as well as designing large septic, water, and road infrastructure.
Peter has created new parcels for director Francis Ford Coppola, vintner Agustin Huneeus of Quintessa Winery, and local artist Gordon Huether (now the planning commissioner of the City of Napa). Over the years, Riechers has performed hundreds of lots splits for the benefit of small and large landowners.
Riechers was the Town Engineer for Yountville and City Engineer for Calistoga, giving him great insights on how the government approval process works.
Gloria Riechers
Gloria Riechers is a Jr. Civil Engineer and the COO of Riechers Engineering. She directs our research team which has created specialized systems and software to analyze SB9 eligibility and development potential. Under the mentorship of her father, Peter, she has gained a vast knowledge of civil engineering and real estate development. She received an Environmental Science degree from UC Santa Barbara and specializes in ArcGIS mapping software. Gloria is based in Santa Barbara and oversees the Southern California Lot Split projects.
Travis Roberts
Travis Roberts is a licensed Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor from California, committed to helping clients achieve their dreams in residential and commercial projects. With a strong background in engineering, surveying, and planning, and an up-to-date understanding of modern technology, he brings valuable insights to Riechers Engineering. Travis is particularly passionate about leveraging new housing opportunities for homeowners and first-time buyers.
A graduate of UC San Diego with a degree in Aerospace Structural Engineering, Travis also studied business at the Rady School of Management while playing NCAA baseball. His leadership skills were honed as a Captain in the Army National Guard. Travis is excited to apply his diverse expertise at Riechers Engineering.
